umm unless you got big bumper i doubt you got fog lights but all mk2's had 2 thingys on there fog switchs 1st position is front fogs and 2nd is back, dont confuse the inner spots on the front for fogs though as they arent there just spot lights nothing more.

You should find a spare 2 pin plug coming out of the loom under the expansion bottle the brown will be the earth and the other (can't remember colour) should be live when the fog lamp switch is in either 1st or 2nd position

^^ what he said! there is a brown and white connection under the expansion tank. you might have a job getting a loom as i remeber sellers looking for one. if you find one in a scrappy it'll go from the passenger light along to the connection behind the engine under an annoying guide under the break servo and back to the other light.

Can i interupt please. I have always had fogs but they never worked, now ive replaced them with a nice crystal set but the bodyshop just wired them up to my main beam! Ive had a quick look but cant find the loom? Can anyone take some pics of the connectors for the fogs and the locations please. Im assuming i already have a loom as i can see any connector under the expansion bottle.
