I've been offerd a Mini Cooper supercharger
How hard wud this be to fit to my vr6 and what parts would  need to get

the design of that type of charger would make it very difficult to mount, but more importantly its designed for a 1.6 engine it wouldn't flow enough for a 2.8

Mini Cooper isan M45 which as Topher said is not big enough, you will need at least an M65 but it will still be major work in fitting it and getting it to work.

the M45's of minis are the kind of thing you would fit to a lawnmower
