Annoying rattle when idling!

I can hear a rattle/vibration noise from the drivers side dash area when the car is idling. It's driving me crazy! 

Has anyone had anything similar or know what the likely culprit could be?

something loose lol, honestly tho, give everything a good check, screws/bolts/trim etc, whats it sound like,plastic, metal?

i had a coin trapped somewr behind the steering wheel area on one of my old cars, was ages before i could be bothered to take the wheel off.
