Take top & bottom rad hoses off
Take hose off the flange on the RHS of the block (heater matrix feed)
Take the hose from the top of the metal pipe running round the RHS of the block (heater matrix return)

Try to point any hoses away from anything electrical when you're flushing it through, especially the dizzy & coil :)

Shove the hosepipe in the top & bottom radiator hoses to flush the rad out
Shove the hosepipe in the heatermatrix feed & return pipes to flush the matrix
Shove the hosepipe in the flange on the RHS of the block and the upper radiator hose flange to flush the block

Should do the trick, although you can't flush the block fully unless you take the thermostat housing off, but if you do that you'll need a new o'ring seal.  I didn't bother on my driver and it got it plenty clean enough!

Just dry everything off as best you can afterwards and leave it for a bit, should be fine after that.

Oh and disconnect the lower hose to the header tank & shove the hose in there too :)

Some people suggest taking the tank off, filling it up with a bit of bleach & water & leaving overnight to get it looking like new again :)
