4x100/5x100 multifit wheels.

Not entirely sure if this is in the right section, feel free to move it as you wish

Does any of have the above mentioned 'multifit' wheels, I take it that they share a bolt hole, and the others must be reasonably close together.

I know there's issues with adaptors for this exact same reason.

What are your opinions on safety with this, baring in mind that the car that these will eventually end up on will be for track use as well.

If you do have any, any chance you could post a picture of the drilling please

If your going to use them for track days I would stick with single fit, most multi fit wheels do not have a lot of metal around the bolt holes.

+1

my mate had multifit wheels (think they might have actually been 4x100/5x100) and tbh i didnt like the look of them, but saying that i dont think ide run multifit wheels at all.

any reason why you want them to be multifit? or is it that you have just found a set of alloys you like that just so happen to be multi fitment?

could always see about getting the centre welded up and then re drilled? however not sure how that affects the strength of the wheel weather its stronger/weaker ect?

Would be transferable from my mk3 (4stud) to my mk2 (5stud) at a later date

Would save me buying wheels twice.
