I make omlets like scrambled egg  :grin: I needs practice!

ASDA, Free Range eggs, 15 for £3 or 30 for £4. Bargain!

Not bad price used with bottles of Liquid Egg Whites you can get 6 bottles of 32 egg whites for around £22-29 not a bad price for 192 egg whites, saves a fortune on eggs !

Don't matter how many eggs you have. Some people will never get where they want to be.

Genetics, dedication, etc  isn't good enough to see it through.

When you train and you don't see results fast enough, it's easier to just give up.

It's about the time when gyms start filling up with summer body dreamers. Only the dedicated stay for the winter and beyond.

This!! Sunday mornings used to be quiet, now their full of fat people feeling bad for themselves

Albeit they do more than the girls who come in plastered in makef**kingup  :huh:
