Your piss is gonna stink!

I've realised recently (following with MyFitnessPal) that I have a few too many carbs on a regular basis, so I am cutting back on them for a bit. Think omlette with onion, garlic and pepper is on the agenda tonight with some carrots.

What are your measurements? Chest, bicep, waist etc. usually a better guide to progress than weight when using weights.
