I've just started to eat healthy as weighed myself at 5"11 at 14 stone which is a kick to the kidneys as this time last year I was 12 and a half and pretty much eat the same but now my diet has completely changed, friends writing me up an eating plan already and I do 10 press ups in morning, 10 midday and 10 at night just go get me used to working out then slowly do more and start cardio at the gym, don't really want to get muscles just fitter and healthier
