Me and a few of my mates are doing this, i'm kind of looking forward to it in a weird kind of way. Need to get back in shape tho, the xmas belly will defo need shedding lol

Ditto.  I had planned on doing it last year but other things got in the way of training so it never happened but this year im definitely going to do the Brighton event.  As hardcore as it may be i reckon itll be a bloody good laugh as well.

i didnt see a brighton event! im down for the south london! ill have a look when im back from the gym!

London South / Brighton -  same event.  Basically it says it'll be within 60mins drive of Brighton

Its a fair course like even from being ex forces it will put you threw your paces like!! definatly 1 of the hardest things i have done.. Wont be doing it this year sadly as my rotation away is during this years Go for it Toby You will love it mate

It isn't that bad.

Did it last year...Really enjoyed it. 4 of us did it, we weren't going for gold either.

Just make sure you can do a pull up or two and can jog 12 miles
