help please

have an audi a3 1.9tdi 130 2006 car will run for ages sometimes then cut out an wont re-start for 30 mins sometimes run for 5mins an do the same not showin any codes either

I want to say camshaft sensor or something along those lines.

Can never remember if that is it exactly but they can overheat and wont let the engine restart until its cooled down

Kew a bloke with a Passat who had a problem and VW wanted to replace his ECU 

EDIT - just re-read your post.....do you have any misfiring when its running?? Could be injector loom?

no mate runs fine then just cuts out

You sure its a 130?? The 1.9's on the 8P were 105bhp

2.0 were 140 and 170

sounds like a crank sensor then

was sure it wasnt a 140 or 170 as they would be the 2.0  so its a 105bhp its got
