Got myself some second hand twin headlights, but the lights have rust inside,is it poss to remove lens cover and repair? If so how would I go about it?

nope as that's the reflector and an essential part of the light, the rust or any non correct paint will mean the light beam will be crap!

best find some cheap lenses found (b.t.w how much did you pay for them?)

which reflector do you want?
original vw (hella) gti dual headlight?

i got a right one where my glass broke.... you can rebuild them quite easily, take off 4 metal clips, remove glass (easy after 15min in oven at 60-80 degrees).....
