Open the sunroof half way and pull down on the inner roof liner. Its held on with a few clips along the front edge. Once unclipped slide it to the rear and close the sunroof again. You can now see all the bolts holding the panel in, pretty straight forward when you're looking at it just undo em and remove the clips. Then push on the sunroof gently so it pops out, then remove it from the car from above.
Then sit it down on some sheets or carpet so you dont scratch the paint and remove the old seal. Get the new seal and press it into place, I used a hammer to gently tap it all the way on, bracing the roof against my knee, difficult to explain
