Remap + Rolling Road Newcastle/Glasgow Area?

Hi First post on here, just wondering if anyone can recommend a good place to get my MK3 GTI 20V turbo setup on a rolling road. The engine it cam with already has a map but i would like it set up properly.  I live in Newcastle and work in glasgow so anywhere near either would be great.
