Log book change for engine conversion

It a y reg so 2001

Changeover year then. I have to admit I don't know how it works after 2001. Not sure if it goes on the engine or the shell.

Put the reg in and the make and see if it's been delcared. I'd be interested to know if it has or not if the tax is the same.
