Thought I would just introduce myself... New to the forum, and own a mk4 1.8T. Recently purchased and over the moon with it!!!! Always been one of my dream cars and never thought I'd have one being so young! only 19  :laugh: :tongue: was soo close to going jap as well!!! The dark side!

Only problem after having it all of 5 days, my car was involved in a hit and run  :angry: :sad: and no sign of finding the culprit! So luckily it is only front offside panel, and wing mirror, so being fixed this week and will post some pictures when she is all fixed again :)

Have purchased some eibach springs too fit and also is up for MOT soon.

Welcome :afro: bad times mate, hope it gets sorted to your liking and you can start to enjoy your dream motor! Had the same thing happen to me many moons ago, my old escort got wrote off outside my parents house while i was at work, apparently it was two school kids in a stolen orion lost control and whack! A teenage girl in our street saw it happen and knew who it was but her mother wouldn't let her get involved which is fair enough i suppose, best of it was they were in their school uniform! :o
