Golf7 Launch
« on: 12 January 2013, 02:13 »
Went to the Golf7 Launch tonight. Not a bad little event, only stayed for an hour. Had the Royal Marines band people there and a few raffle prizes and a load of Mk7's! Oh and the New Beetle and an Up!.

Here's a few of the better pics I took. Didn't take enough, a few shots I liked but the pictures were duff. Live and learn!

Wow, thank you!

Yes it is, I think the GTI will have potential, the like the overall shape, more sleek than the Mk6. And they aren't a Mk6 copy (well in terms of parts), which I was surprised about.

Hmmm, so reduce shutter speed? I think I had it on f/1.8 and around 1/80-1/100. Come to think about it, I don't think I changed the aperture setting that night, only the shutter speed and ISO setting.

In those conditions i would have set the camera to aperture priority mode to allow it to choose the shutter speed.
