Alarm Installation Certificate
« on: 22 July 2005, 18:13 »
My insurance co are asking for this but I dont have it! Have phoned around 4 quotes and only place that I've found who'll give me a new certificate will only do so once they've give the alarm a 'health check'...meaning that the certificate will actually cost £50!

Does any1 know where I can get a cert cheap / have a mate in the trade?!

I needed this for my insurers, but managed to find a local alarm specialist who actually fit the alarm/immo that I have (Meta), and they very kindly gave me a certificate for free!!

Thanks for the info - no such luck as an offer of a free cert from my local installer! Also its a Laserline allarm / immob and there dont seem to be many authorised dealers around anymore! Oh well!
