Think my oil feed to the turbo is weeping oil slightly

New pipe time I guess...
Tried to remove the gear lever gaiter to see if I could see the gear lever cable ends inside the car but could not figure out how to get the gaitor out. Ive done it before too

Gear linkage cable in engine bay seems missing a dust cover

this would explain why its going notchy.
Maybe time to S3 short shift it at the same time as greasing the cable end and linkage?

I have also managed to loss a bolt out of the undertray that I only fitted 2 weeks ago its somewere on the road to work
