« on: 04 January 2013, 21:07 »
after checking ebay out and demon tweeks etc the choice is just silly. after much thought i went against the 3'' turbo back system and ordered the premium end Jetex non resonated cat back with a 2.75''  mandrel instead of the usual 2.5''. should be here soon...........but im in need of a good decat. now ive seen loads of different types i want the best match to my jetex im getting now ive found 3'' decats but.... some are a one piece 2.5'' all the way and some are a 3'' first piece then drops smaller so either

can i not use a milltex downpipe/decat with a jetex cat back as they all say that they MUST be used with milltek cat backs. are they saying this so you buy there own kits? my jetex im getting is 2.75'' and i want the 3'' milltek down pipe but unsure if it will fit?

Found a custom exhaust place they will make me a 3" inlet down to a flanged fitting weld flanges to my oem cat that way i can easily fit cat in for mot. Then he will make a flanged decat pipe to fit inbetween. This will make for easy mot issues and give me a proper 3" to a 2.75" drop save on odd joiners and having trouble with mots. Fitted 250 quid
