It's just you. That's how a stock suspension should be.

Dark grey :afro: but it really also needs the mudflaps binning and a hit with the lowering stick.

any one any idea's on a colour for my alloy's ?

If you're interested I have some pearlescent black BBS oem VR6 15" alloys which I'm thinking about selling. Best OEM 5-stud wheel for a Mk3 IMHO. Colour would suit your car & the smoked rear lights.

Would look for £150, cheaper than a refurb plus you can sell your old wheels for a few notes :)

I can email you better pics if you're interested.

Cheers, Jamil

I like the VR6 wheels, had a set myself in black. Couple of issues are they are a b!tch to clean, and being only 15inch they look tiny if the car isn't lowered massively.

If you like that style, try to find the anniversary RXII wheels istead. 16" is much more satisfying.

Personally I think 15's look just right on a lowered mk3 (i agree 14's look to small) but it depends what look you want i guess - 15's look cool because they were the oem wheel size from new & 15 years later still make the car look like it came out of the factory which is cool I think - but thats the look I like I'm an oem freak  :nerd:

I ideally want some of these wheels in matt black & think I've found some, if I buy them I'll sell these.

Yes the RXII annis are awesome - would love a set with a gloss black lip & matt black centres!
