Happy New year first of all.
I hope somebody can help
I have a VW Golf GTI 2001.
The battery on the car had died on the weekend so I decided to charge it with my battery maintainer.
It charged fine. I then installed the battery but found that the cluster seems to have no power other than the indicators.
All other lights and functions in the car work, CDL, heater, headlights, interior light etc but not the cluster.
Also, when i try to start the car it starts fine but dies straight away. I have checked all fuses even the 3 fuses on the battery cover but no joy.
Can anyone help please??
