Looks like a good base for tweaking.  Id lose the bra,  paint the grille,  lose the red pinstripes on the wheels and get shot of the hairdryer beneath the bonnet for starters.

Thought they only went to 250bhp?

Plus fuel has gone up. £10 used to get me 12 litres, now £20 gives me 14 litres.

Your golf might not be running right. And carbs will kill your mpg.

My 1.8 se does 60 miles on £10 (7.6L) always no matter how its driven , my 1.4 was even better need to get that on vagcom see what's happening with your engine

The saab is an aero hit with noob tune remap 3" downpipe and exhaust from maptun and free flow Intercooler and recorcircliating DV from. Abbot racing pulled 277 on the dyno

Anyway the golf

Ye Iv orderd a u281 and 2x2 converter to plug it it

And I know these are supposed to be slower than the mpi but its a lot slower real slug lol

But this one is also only a 4 speed but Wierd
