R32 replica (ABS) rear bumpers

Are there any differences between these and the oem plus is the fitting good?
pictures would be most helpful and link from where you purchased as im on the look out for one.

You get what you pay for. I've seen good reps but I've also seen some real bad ones. Best to have a look around see what one is in you price range and ask who's running it.
