As above, When engine is stone cold, the engine makes a tick,tick,tick noise for the first 10 -15 seconds, then it gets quiet. Is this normal??Cheers

LolSecondary Air Intake, its used to warm up the CAT on cold starts, again its just a guess, as i dont know if 1.9TDI's have them.

check your oil level maybe low or want a oil and filter change. i reckon its something to do with the tappets being dry for a bit but once the oils flowing they take up the adjustmentso new oil and filter, if no joy renew the tappets
