16395 - Bank 1: Camshaft A (Intake): Retard Setpoint not Reached (Over-Advanced)
P0011 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

Have you had this and what was your cure?

Could be cam position sensor on the side of the head. This usually comes about if it's been run low on oil.
