It's easy. Polybushes slide in easy.
Very good modification, front felt so much tighter.

Depends how rusted in they are. Diamond Hell fitted mine a few years ago. I think he did cut them out yes.

Grease the up and push fit, then there's a metal sleeve that you can also push fit, but it might be a bit tight (it's supposed to tighten the bush into the seat) so it's probably going to need a few taps from a hammer.
