Hey can anyone help me with my enquiries about my mk3 colour concept golf gti ?

Says it was registered in 2003
& what does it mean by Vehicle Status: Licence due to expire

Registered in the UK 2003. As its an irish plate.

Licence is your tax. Must be due soon.
