time for a headlight upgrade vento front

ok guys no ballasts ust want to replace the bulbs

sidelight and headlight

i want the ice blue tint like new cars

i have vento healights and the car is a base 1993 1.4 ryder

please advise what bulbs i need

yep iv heard them osrams are good stuff will give them a try for £12

is the golf and vento the same bulb fitment so it wont matter is it a h4??

sharkie whats this relay thing your selling?

Basically whats happened with the golf mk2 & 3 is that you are loosing power down the wires. When you fit a relay kit your getting power direct from battery & are running 12-14v rather then less than 12v, adding a relay kit just makes your bulbs shine brighter as your getting more power to themthen. Thats the simpliest terms i can put it in for you bud.

It is impossible to get the ice blue tint using halogen bulbs.
The cars you see with that colour are normally running illegal HIDs, as factory xenons tend to be much whiter.

The fact of the matter is, halogen bulbs produce light towards the yellow end of the visible spectrum. If you start putting filters on the bulbs to make the light look bluer, you are infact blocking most of the useable output.

you can use any regular 12v relay!, i did this to mine 5 years ago, direct feed from headlight switch and battery to my Hids. gives big improvement

whiter coz they are 4000k

horrid blue is 8000k

6000k is a good choice for hids gives a white/very slight blue
