Bad news for 16v Anni's

Well ive been keeping a keen eye on howmanyleft.com, seeing the number of 16v anni's drop, getting rarer and rarer. Only to look this morning and the number has gone UP!!! from 69 in Q2 of 2012 to 71 in Q3!

They are making a comeback!!!

8v anni's on the other hand have dropped from 260 in Q1, 233 in Q2 and now down to 227 in Q3 this year.

How does the website work- is it going off vehicles registered, so if you bring a SORNed car back on the road the number will go up?

I have only spotted one other 16v anniversary whilst driving about, unless it was a replica

How many in total (sorn'd and tax,d)were there in q2 compared to now? I know of a 16v anni being broken so its 1 less soon!

The SORN figure remained the same but the registered car total increased by 2

But in 2001 there were 182 16v Anni's wallowing about... thought only 150 were brought into the UK? Think the site may be a little wrong or a lot of 16v badges were sold  :smiley:

Tbh ive never believed the figures on that site or the amount of Annis bought into this country,  150 16v's my arse!
