On my 16v I had black Hellas, black slats, smoked fogs and indicators looked good, but everyone does it!

Because it looks good?

There's plenty of em about mate whether that was before or after you. Possibly not splits if that's what yours are but all look the same from a difference. Cause it looks good. ;)

Never be put off because "everyone does it" IMO it's your car and all that.

Oh yeah see plenty of mk3's with one piece schmidts but not splits.

I did say it looks good, just that everyone does it. So maybe leave the slats yellow. Or do the covers yellow, just mix it up a bit.
