Minor grip: why are all the white German GTI's Orxy white [so far]

I think because:

1: They spec up the first cars as high as they can to rape the wallets of impatient early adopters.
2: Flat white is only this popular in the UK & Spain.

How can you even tell its oryx white? I saw a mk6 in the metal in that colour before and I couldn't distinguish it from candy white.

I must admit they could have done a better job of hiding the radar!  But, I'd rather have it than not, so...
