Are the heated seats run by a fuse as drivers seat works but not passages seat eney help

I believe its rather long winded, in order to get it fixed.  Just adds to the looooong list of common MK4 faults.  I have heated seats also, but my drivers side packed up approximately 4 years ago.

Could also be the seat element that's f**ked is go that's a nightmare to fix cheaper buying a seat that works lol

Does anybody know the best/ cheapest place to get replacement elements? I've been meaning to fix mine all year and haven't gotten around to it. Christmas project I'm thinking.
