I'm looking at the rcd510 on ebay as i quite fancy a dab radio to replace my 310. Question is would this plug straight in or would i need anything else and would it need coding? my gti is a 2009

Wife's ED35 has a DAB rcd310, so I would imagine Ginge's ED35 will have had one as well, which is why it went straight in?
