No one will have a 'qwick shift', try searching for quick shift instead...

It's a little notchy compared to the original as there isnt the big counter weight on it,to help smooth it out. But feels a lot better than standard as the throw is massive in standard form.

I have the neuspeed short shift on mine and it makes a hell of a difference. If that's wot u mean

I've got the forge side to side and fore and aft on my six speed. They are very good and it's worth while fitting the 42 draft sold bushes at the same time. I Didn't but I've just ordered them as I've heard they're very good. Only £27 from Awsome GTI.
03 210 Seat LCR. Badger5 V2.2TIP, Fordge 007p, Wellycooler, Quaife ATB LSD, Nuespeed ARB's, KW Clubsports, 330mm discs, 3" turbo back de cat and still on the standard map!
