Experienced black ice if that's what it's called today.
Roads not actuslly black but driving along and then notice drifting to the right slightly and corrected and slowed down. Good thing as BMW 1 series coupe in front obviously just as oblivious as me and spun straight into the bank.
Actually pretty scary as with all the trees overhead no light shining off the ice.
I experienced it the other day, came out of my street, bout 5 mph (culdresack so cant really go fast) slowly pressed the break, and just didnt break. carried on about 5 -10 metres, before finally hitting a patch with no ice. was really weird, couldnt do anything, tried breaking, nothing, tried turning nothing, tried engine breaking, then realised i was already at like the lowest speed you could go on engine breaking.
