Mk4 AGU - how to fit this de-cat

Hi!

hopefully there is already a topic out there for me! but i cant find one!

current exhaust is standard - i have 1.8t 1999 model AGU - wanna know if its simply remove the catalyst, and bolt the de-cat in - i have also got a fooler for the sensor - i believe it comes with a gasket as well.

any help would be great
