Hi guys,

Please help me out with the above issue. I got the car last week but one from Japan and came with a leaking thermostat and a faulty fan. I have fixed these issues as well as put new brake pads (all 4) and changed the oil in the engine. On Sunday as i was driving home, the Emissions light came up. I had done diagnosis of the car a week ago and there were no errors to report then. Also to note is that there are no erroneous lights that come up on the dash board to indicate any fault. The car drives okay as well.

What could be the issue? Anyone please help!

You will need to read the fault codes in it with a scanner and that should indicate what the problem is whether it is a lambda sensor at fault or not I would clear it down and see if it comes back.

Okay, thanks for feedback. I will get someone to do that for me since i don't own a scanner. So it might be nothing after all if i can just have the error cleared right?
