eBay for bush. Tps for new stretch bolts. You need a torque wrench if doing yourself.
As said, only slight vibration on cold idle. Once warm it can't be noticed.

My old one was absolutely buggered. It just crumbled out

just to add a little to the oil debate....

I also ran 10-40 in my car for 50 000 miles with no apparent problems at all.

However, I then switched to 5-40 platinum, and it runs smoother, and uses less oil between changes....

Definitely better

5w-40 is quite a nice blend, it offers the low temperature protection that meets OE viscosity specifications but provides better lubrication when warm than the 5w-30 counterparts originally specified.

Bit odd when I look up and see the thread is titled "Just fitted powerflex red dog bone bush"

Haha happens all the time on this forum.

Well for 1.8t boys use 5w40, however many of us have used 10w40 for a good amount of time and miles without issues too. Just dont mix them

This! Better protection at start up. I think that's how it works?

I used the 10w40 Quantum Silver in my 2.0 ABF. Wouldn't have use anything else.
