Just got better!!
« on: 01 December 2012, 21:27 »
Over the last 6month R-Tech have moved the 1.8T me7.5 tuning game forward more than it ever has in the last 11 years.

Brand new R-Tech "TIV" me7.5 map update and base software, to refine your map and gain better MPG, free updates for all R-Tech customers.

Multi map switch on the fly, have 5 boost maps in your ecu which can be switched instantly

Wife map or poor conidtions map switch,  R-Tech's "WORLD FIRST" boost dependent gear mapping which allows driver to switch to lower boost settings for each gear.

R-Tech-RAW software the Ultimate 1.8T ME7.5 custom remap money can buy.   Its basically the Bosch Me7.5 structure ripped apart and all the crap routines removed to allow the ecu to be used in the same tuning style as a standalone ecu setup, allowing for PURE RAW power not refined power.  The RAW software also includes the only ME7.5 2step launch control with static boost build up, the first ME7.5 direct throttle plate mapping allowing driver full control of throttle directly from the throttle pedal.
The RAW software mapping is perfect for hybrid setup, Big turbos, race, track  and the petrol head nutters.

For the K03s boys... We car now offering a "tried and tested" Stage2+ 1.8T AUM AUQ K03s tuning solution for 255-260bhp 270-300lbft on the stock turbo.

For people wanting to see 290-300bhp we can provide a solution for a new unique k03s hybrid setup with WMI, or a hybrid setup for 270-280bhp without WMI.

K04-023 and relentless manifold 304bhp custom tuning solutions for AGU AUM AQU.

I will post some videos and graphs up next week.

You will need a good turbo with 12psi actuator, ported exhaust manifold and devils own WMI kit.  Thenwe can tune your car upto 260bhp with the only limiting factor is the flow of your hardware.

Only the me7.5 AUM AUQ ecus can be done for the Golf not the AGU, but if there is a demand I will get on with a 2 stage map switch setup during the winter ready for the summer.

The Me7.5 options we provide are unique to R-Tech. (should be for med9 tfsi soon aswell)

1, Static map changing: Five map switching which are boost base caps and can be changed by holding throttle pedal 100% and tapping the brake, then the engine light will flash x amount of times to so you which boost setting your on.

2, On the fly map changing: Five map switching which are boost base cap and can be changed by holding throttle pedal 40% and tapping the brake, then the engine light will flash x amount of times to so you which boost setting your on.

3, Wet weather real time gear boost dependent boost maps,  boost cap limiters for all 5 or 6 gears to aid traction.  This map can be switched off by holding throttle pedal 100% and tapping the brake with engine off.

4, R-Tech RAW map switch, switch from basic load and torque structure Bosch based map code to our own unique map code which will remove all the unwanted routines which hinders the power and performance "feeling" from the stock VAG factory mapping.  The RAW map provides a raw feeling of power,  1:1 pedal to throttle valve ratio, boost mapping based on rpm v throttle postion, launch control with a world first "soft cut" boost building launch limiter, mapping just based on timing, fuel and boost like a standalone ecu setup .   Plus it it can also have map switch options 1, 2,and 3 from above. The RAW maps includes full live emulation dynocustom mapping and unique personalised customer setup.

Options 1, 2 and 3 can be provided at stage1 and above

Option 4 is only for stage 2 and above. This is perfect for hybrid and big power setups

Options 1, 2 and 3
= £125 extra on top of the map, they can be added to your current R-Tech map if needed.

Option 4 the RAW map
Stage 2 setup on stock turbos = £450,   Hybrid turbo mapping = £550  Big turbo mapping = £750

The RAW mapping will be the best 1.8T mapping money can buy in the UK.  IMO a tad over kill for stock turbo setups, but for hybrid and high power big turbo setups its perfect.  The sound of the softcut claunch control with boost build is the selling point..lol
