Whats going on with this turbo?

Hey guys, I've been trawling the bay to try and find a bolt on upgrade for my k03 turbo when I came across this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=121014382054 The add states its a K03-052 (K03s) turbo, but I couldnt help notice the big Garret stamp on the side of the turbo and in the description. Aren't these supposed to be made by BorgWarner? So is he trying to sell a knock off or is it something special?

You are correct I believe. That has to be some sort of dodgey knock off.

possobly its just a photo of "a turbo" not the one for that application
