Is this enough?

hey guys,

looking to put on my new shiny wheels on in the spring but i also want to make sure i have everything else ready for lowering and tightening up the ride.

So new 18" Calibre vintage with Vredestrains Ultracsancs fronts 7.5 rears 8.0, 15mm spacers front and 20mm for back, FK coilovers, S3 front strut braces, TT mk1 ARB and wishbones, Whiteline RARB, full Polybush kit and R32 dogbone mount?

is there a brace for the rear i could purchase or would the ARB be ok on its own?

The rear ARB will be ok. What about some drop links for the front ARB?

of course i forgot lol, that would of been a nightmare  i think the whiteline comes with droplinks already though so thats not too bad, any advice on decent droplinks?

Im I reading that wrong?? whats the Whiteline RARB got to do with the front? wee bit lost.

Your fitting a TT ARB and wishbones you need drop links that go onto the TT ARB and I take it your coilovers have the bracket for fitting the other end of the drop link to.. Just get standard ones.

well i was reading some where that if i fit a rear ARB then it must be thicker in diameter than the front? i was going with the TTmk1 front ARB and a Whiteline 22mm rear ARB?

im confused myself now lol the coilies come with the bracket etc thats correct

Yea so back to what I said at the start you'll need two drop links like these below to fit the TT ARB.

You had left it out of the list of things in your first post. All the rest of the bits are there that you'll need for fitting.

personally what id do is fit the anti roll bars first, before doing anything else so you can decide whether you think the tt arb is thick enough for your driving style and whether to go further to r32 bar, also youll need to setup rarb too

and i wouldnt bother with the lower front strut brace, unless you just fancy spending money

I thought the TT arb goes under the drive shaft...And that you could just use standard drop links?

Any Farb will be better and most likely noticeable over the stock arb. The rear one will be noticed most if you only put one, being the rear, on for example. Have it set on the least stiffest setting first I were you and then stiffen it up if you require.

The OP said he was fitting the TT wishbones as well so has to go with drop links. If he was staying with the mk4 wishbones then yes in a way he could the standard drop link
