You can buy bays brand new now, there's a company called beetles UK or something (I can't remember the website address) and you can get brand new campers and the SA mk1 Golf from them.

They've always made them out there. Keep the old ones though, their proper classics. I think the new bays start at about 17K

Woha! thats some shocking prices right there! £18,999 for a VW type 2 Rio + £710 for plates, tax and delivery,
If you wanted ALL the extras it would cost you a futher £20,990 as well as the cost of the actual camper
