1.8t 4 bar fuel pressure regulator???

Iv got a 1.8t agu in a golf mk3 was thinkin of putting a 4 bar fuel pressure regulator on as been told this will help with more power but i have few other mods only a induction kit n a front mount intercooler!will it give me more power??cheers

Iv got one cheers tho mate just didnt wanna fit it n cock my engine up think i will leave fittin it tho cheers mate
