Hi everybody,
Have been a member for a long time but finally got a Golf, its a GTTDI (110 unfortunately) but needs must.
Anyway here is a pic of the car
So it needs some TLC, most importantly after getting under the car it needs a new CV boot and from research think i will just get a new driveshaft. MIght also need to look at my speed sensor....as I had a jolt going slowly round a bend.
Next someone installed HIDS and has made a bit of a mess of them, the interior needs a good clean and i have to whip the doorcard off as something is knocking inside it....
On the plus side, its got 136k, FSH cambelt done 6k ago...engine and box feel good, clutch is fine although i am banking on it needing doing in the next 10k, as its fairly high.
