G60 flywheel in ABF query...

Just a quickie bit of confirmation really for peace of mind,  am i correct in saying that a G60 lightened  & balanced  flywheel with Sachs VR6 clutch will fit my 16v ABF?

i thought a g60 flywheel is a abf one anyways (or at least simular)
