What interior for my MK 3 8V golf. Help please!!!?

My drivers seat is getting a little worn now and i am on the prowl for a new interior, but i'm unsure of what will fit, what will look good and how much modification is involved!!!

Could people please give me an idea of different interiors that they have fitted to their' MK 3's and how much trouble it would be?

I know that any MK3 golf interior will fit, but will a corrado interior fit straight in? Also, i've heard on the grapevine that MK4 polo interior will bolt straight in. How much truth is there in this???

I like the look of the Audi A3/S3 interiors and there are some nice looking leather and alcantara trims, but will they go in, or will i have to swap subframes or something?

Any help would be appreciated!

In the new PVW that mk3 looks very nice with them mk 4 recaros, think some moddin is involved on subframe. ive seen loads advertised if not a bit pricey and just get the rears retrimmed.

I think the mk4 polo goes in but the audi seats (mk4 golf TTetc) are going to need some chopping and welding done to get them in,
i am having some seats put in to my mk3 vr6 and have spoken to the garage that will be doing it and they have quoted me about 4 hours of labour to get the front seats in and then im having the rears trimmed to match,

Sounds good! Don't think that i can be bothered with that much hassle really though. Just want some really cool seats that go in and look good withou too much mucking around!

Anyone else had anygood interior mods/swaps done....

I wanna hear about em all and then i can start looking!!!
