GTTDI 25th anni for Modball(2014)

Hi peoples,
The car;
02 plate Gt Tdi with 120k on her; shes was brought short after having a 2500 pound engine redo due to a brick entering the engine bay; it had numerous parts including a hybrid turbo, and solid flywheel conversion kit with new clutch. Its been second staged remaped and is currently running
221BHP@ 3808 RPM
with a Torque figure of
360Lbft@ 2750 RPM

She's a beaut!
And I want to take her on the Modball 2014 Rally (give me some time to get her up to speed)
and as a rough guidance I want to achieve 300BHP out of her with around 400-420Lbft
Considering the fact she's already at stage 2 remap how should I go about getting her to spec!
ideally the smaller torque increase the better as rubber aint cheap!!

Should I be looking at Injectors, De-Cat Exhaust, Fuel Regulator, NoS 
Any help will be great!

You will need a bigger turbo, injectors, IC, possibly a higher rated clutch depending.

Take a look at this website, real good for diesel tuning.

You'd probably be after the 2260 and head work like mentioned. Don't know what the internals are rated to but you'd probably do with changing them also if you will get head work done...
