*SORTED* polo 6N top mounts/ mk3 golf?

Has anyone got the facts on getting a little extra drop by using polo top mounts wen fitting coilovers up front?
After fitting fronts recently we realised we'd hav to redo the whole job and replace the topmounts too wen we get chance!
So thought i may aswell look into these if they'r a straight fit.

Yes they are a straight fit. Why not get some poly ones?

Comfort has to be a factor with this,
Its ony a daily and with mrs' due-date looming therell be 4 of us doing the nursry run in this already lowrirde
What benefits is there from polo mounts?
Iv only just figured that the bottom half of the top mount will never come off again, but the top half is fine.
I'v heard the poo ones sit lower somehow and add to the lowered rideheight.
And, theyr a direct replacement for the mk3

As far as I'm aware the Polo ones don't fit Mk3s, only Mk4s and the like. The link you posted even refers to a Mk4.

The polybush mounts in  that link are for a mk4, NOT a mk3.

I edited my post, I meant Mk4! Ha ha. No reason for me to point out it doesn't fit then refer to the link as it fitting a Mk3, I'm an eeeejit.

They won't fit a Mk3, as already stated they will fit a MK4 Golf, Leon etc.
