re-fabricating door cards

does anyone know how to re-fabricate mk2 5 door door cards or a thread they have seen to help me

Make them from scratch? Surely much easier to re-trim existing ones isn't it?

i need help on this too, my rear door cards for my 3 door, the top bit which is next to the drivers rear window and passenger rear window, has come apart... when u look from the outside, u can see the yellow foam in the door cards from the top..... any idea how to fix this ?
