Sorry..but another heater question

I'm having trouble with my valver's heater - it produces hot air but seems incapable of actually forcing it out - is the fan likely to of gone? Someone suggested fitting a new condenser, is that likely to be the fix?

P.S Footwell carpets are bone dry

Have you checked if the fan switches on? It's just in front of the passenger door.
